When you use the contact form or the Burnisoft Agents waitlist, we collect:

• Your name.
• Your email address or phone or WhatsApp number.
• The type of project you are interested in.
• The message you choose to write.
• On the waitlist: your email address and the plan you are interested in.

We do not collect sensitive personal data or financial data. Please do not include that kind of information in your message.

We use your data only for these purposes:

• Replying to your message and contacting you by email or WhatsApp.
• Preparing and sending you a quote or proposal.
• Following up on the project you asked us about.
• Letting you know when a Burnisoft Agents plan is available, if you joined its waitlist.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it. If we ever want to use it for another purpose, we will tell you and ask for your consent.

We do not sell or hand over your data to third parties. To run this site we use providers that process it on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:

• Resend, to email us the data you enter in the form.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to write to us that way. In that case, that platform's privacy notices apply.

Some of these providers may store information outside Mexico. We may also share data with authorities when a law or ruling requires it.

You have the right to access your data, correct it if it is inaccurate, cancel it and object to its use (ARCO rights), as well as to withdraw your consent.

To exercise them, write to admin@burnisoft.com stating your name, how we can reply to you, the right you want to exercise and the data it refers to. We will reply within the deadlines set by law.

If you believe your rights were violated, you may go to the competent personal data protection authority.

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, where applicable, to maintain the business relationship. After that we delete or block it as required by law.

This site does not use analytics, advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice.
